Customer change of address request:


If a customer requests to change their shipping address, we must send the new address to Bolt to be approved.  Send an email to Bolt Support <support@bolt.com>.  Please include:


Written request from customer asking to change the address

Order number

Transaction number 

New/revised address


Once we receive the written approval from Bolt, we can then change the address for the customer.  If the change of address is approved, we must then note the order in Netsuite and change the shipping address on the sales order & purchase order.
